Senior portraits have changed SO much since I was in high school – and definitely for the better! Having photos to mark a tremendous milestone is such a sweet gift, especially for any parent, who remembers how tiny their almost-grown-up child once was!

I was thrilled to take Noah’s senior photos this past year and wanted to share a little bit about this special guy. He has such an awesome sense of personal style, aside from being incredibly photogenic! He is down to earth, creative and has a fabulous sense of humor. Being a military kid, Noah has had the opportunity to visit almost every state in the U.S., which has no doubt helped to shape him into the amazing young man he is today.

Congratulations, Noah, on all your hard work and I wish you nothing but success and plenty of adventures in your years to come!

Meet Noah, Lighthouse Christian Academy, Class of 2016

Tell us some things that are unique to you and/or your family:

My dad is in the military so we move around a lot. We have been to almost every U.S. state including Hawaii. We spend a lot time together like hiking or biking or playing games together.

What are some of your favorite things to do? Sports, hobbies, etc.:

I like to play drums and read books. I also am pretty good at drawing. When it comes to sports I’m well rounded in baseball, soccer, basketball, and sailing.

What are some of your favorite movies, books and bands?:

My favorite books are probably all the ones in my library, but if I had to narrow it down to a couple I’d say the Left Behind series, Enders Game, The Chronicles of Narnia, anything by G.A. Henty, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, anything by J.R.R. Tolkein, and comic books.

My favorite movies include the first Avengers, Star Wars,The Lord of the Rings (but not the Hobbit),.

Favorite band is either Newsboys, Tobymac, or Switchfoot.

What kind of people do you surround yourself with?:

Since we move so much I mostly hang out with my family, but I do have some trustworthy friends that make me feel comfortable to be around with and just be me.

What are your favorite foods or places to eat?:

My favorite food has to be burgers or steak. I like to make my own soft drinks out of other soft drinks like 2/3s Coke to 1/3 Powerade or 2/3s Mountain Dew to 1/3 Powerade, so I can make Baja Blast any where I want. Or 1/2 Fanta orange to 1/2 Dr. Pepper. I like to snack on whatever is available like bars, bananas, or left overs.

Favorite place to eat is Chipotle or Canes.

Do you have a job, car or any pets?:

I do not have a job or a car, but I do have a little Shih Tzu.

What are your BIG PLANS after graduation?:

My big plans after graduation are to either (A) Get a job and save money so I can go to an art school some where. (B) Get a job and go to Masters Commission.
