Here I am…still in aw…
I recently had the opportunity to enter an International Professional Portrait competition called, The Portrait Masters. It consisted of an incredible panel of 8 international judges collectively holding over 100 years of experience in both winning & judging awards – & of course, running successful photography businesses. They are all each in their own right highly respected photographers, judges, & business owners.
Since I had never entered my work into such a competition, I was very nervous of the outcome. I didn’t know what to expect & I knew I was going to be up against the best of the best portrait photographers around the world. There were almost 4000 portraits entered from around the world.

Creative Portrait Category: Bronze Award – High Professional Portrait Standard
Family Portrait Category: Bronze Award – High Professional Portrait Standard
Teen & Senior Portrait Category: Bronze Award – High Professional Portrait Standard
Contemporary Portrait Category: Bronze Award – High Professional Portrait Standard
Children Portrait Category: Bronze Award – High Professional Portrait Standard
Boudoir Portrait Category: Silver Award – Outstanding Professional Portrait Standard
This portrait also placed #13 in the “Top 20” Boudoir Portrait Category (see below)
I am so incredibly proud of this accomplishment & honor, awarded from these respected panel of judges!
Overall Awards: 5 Bronze Merit Awards, 1 Silver Merit Award, & Top 20 Winner Award.
