Growing up in Kansas, we had sunflower everything! Fields, flavored seeds, chocolate covered seeds, I mean the list goes on. So, when I heard about the Sunflower Fields in Louisiana, I just had to bring my own children out for portraits; the fields – just so beautiful. It was nice to spend some time among the rows & rows of flowers, play & reminiscing in the late spring evening. I will definitely have to get my parents (who still live in Kansas), a canvas of these two for their home sweet home. I might just get one for myself too!
