…and so it ends. Our last child has now has officially crossed the threshold from babyhood into toddlerville. I will never again have a ‘baby’ of my own in my arms, and those tiny toes I love to kiss, will continue to get bigger, just like brother’s do. But…I’m okay with that. Our baby girl is growing into her own person, so much attitude, grace, and humor. I am so lucky I get to spend every day with our children, capturing it in photographs, laughing and being silly together, teaching them about the world, and hoping one day, our time spent together guides them into becoming productive & happy adults.
I’ve photographed Miss Evelyn every month since she was born, and these portraits will only become more priceless as time passes. Here is her recent milestone session, the big ONE YEAR mark, captured with all her (ok, my) favorite little details. (Oh, and this dress is now available for use in the studio’s wardrobe collection.)
