How did you get started in your field of work?
I love to workout and coach people about health, fitness, and nutrition. One day I decided that I would turn my passion into my career.
Why is being your own BOSS, important to you? How do YOU define success?Being my own boss is important to me because I LOVE to travel. I need a career that can be done from anywhere. Also because I don’t like other people being in charge of my schedule. Our most valuable commodity is our time and I don’t want to give control of my time to anyone else.
What do you find is the most challenging about your work?Helping my clients believe in themselves and their own self worth.

Have you ever experienced gender discrimination, how did it effect you?Discrimination is unavoidable. You can let it beat you or you can use it to make you STRONGER!
What advice would you give to women looking to start their own business?
Do not be afraid to fail. There are no failures, only delayed successes and lessons learned.
Where do you want to be in 2, 5, 10 years?
Somewhere amazing helping people realize their true potential!
Anything else you would like to say?
Building a business doesn’t happen overnight. There will be setbacks, there will be times you will want to give up, but it’s during these trying times that you must stay focused on your mission. The only difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is perseverance.
