After relocating with her family to north Ft. Worth Texas after her husband retired from the USAF, then months of planning & construction, the process of building a private luxury studio space on their property in Rhome, TX is now complete! Hooray!!
This is Heather’s 8th photography space, so after all those moves (not to mention start overs) she knew exactly what was needed in her permanent space. Looking at commercial spaces in the area, nothing came close to what she was searching for, plus the cost of renting business space in DFW, is quite expensive! We are talking thousands of dollars a month, for the same square footage built – even more once the outdoor spaces are completed.
Pouring all of her heart & soul (+savings) into this space has had its ups & downs – but dreaming of what she can create for her community, it absolutely worth it.Phase one is filled with airy vibes, a snack bar/drinks/microwave, heat & air conditioning (a must in Texas), a free standing tub (hello milk baths & boudoir), client wardrobe closet, rotating backdrop/sets, & come spring – a Mediterranean inspired patio garden!
As time progresses, plans for phase two & three will begin.
